Expectations:
• Define, execute, manage, and analyze company processes independently of any application.
• Assist in creating and implementing a global digital strategy, particularly digital transformation as part of change management.
• Act as a driving force for digital projects by verifying the credibility of digital use cases for users.
• Develop and document requirements for operational technology projects in the concept phase (in classical or agile form).
• Create service and support concepts for completed projects according to company standards.
• Create relevant main reports for key indicators, inform users about them, and hand them over for use.
• Support LEAN activities.
• Comply with internal company regulations and generally binding legal regulations.

Requirements:
• University degree in technical expertise (machine construction), minimum 3 years of experience.
• Secondary school (technical field), minimum 7 years of experience.
• Project management (classical/agile).
• Proficiency in English.
• Industry 4.0/Smart Manufacturing.
• Awareness of standards (e.g., VDI5600, SA95/ISA88).
• MES applications.
• SAP BI, Power BI environment.
• Knowledge of English or German - level II.
• Driver's license category B.
