Bosch Powertrain s.r.o. Jihlava is a leading manufacturer of components for the automotive industry, specializing in high-pressure injection systems for diesel engines and electromobility. Founded in 1993, the company employs approximately 4,500 people and is part of the global Bosch Group network. In its three production plants in Jihlava, it manufactures high-pressure pumps, high-pressure reservoirs (rails), pressure control valves, and components for electric axles and motors. They are looking for Customer Quality Engineer (m/f)!

Expectations:
• Writing and designing analysis and testing techniques for electric axles for electromobility.
• International collaboration in interdisciplinary teams to solve problems of the latest generation of electric axles in the global production network.
• Supporting the start-up and series production by systematically addressing risks.
• Coordinating the planning, submission, and release of complex testing processes.
• Supporting the complaint management process, developing, and optimizing related analytical methods.
• Professionally reporting to internal and external customers, superiors, and management.

Requirements:
• Successfully completed higher education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or relevant practice.
• 2 years of experience and knowledge of production processes in the field of electric motors, gearboxes, or power electronics is an advantage.
• Analytical, logical, and statistical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team, independence, and systematic organization of tasks.
• Good communication and presentation skills even in stressful situations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers, experience in customer care is an advantage.
• Assertive behavior.
• Fluent knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of production and measurement processes is an advantage but not necessary.
