Job Description:
- Focus on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into long-term clients.
- Re-engage churned accounts to identify concerns and restore relationships.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings via virtual meetings, webinars, and calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Train travel agents through webinars and meetings to maximize their bookings.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure retention.
- Regularly analyze sales metrics to improve performance and align strategies with KPIs.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, lead generation, and client management.
- Expertise in identifying and engaging new prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Experience in handling lost or churned accounts and addressing client concerns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales activities and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
