Bosch Powertrain s.r.o. Jihlava is a leading manufacturer of components for the automotive industry, specializing in high-pressure injection systems for diesel engines and electromobility. Founded in 1993, the company employs approximately 4,500 people and is part of the global Bosch Group network. In its three production plants in Jihlava, it manufactures high-pressure pumps, high-pressure reservoirs (rails), pressure control valves, and components for electric axles and motors. They are looking for Quality Technologist (m/f)!

Expectations:
• You will be the contact person for quality issues within internal deliveries from plant to plant in the international production network of the BOSCH group.
• Ensuring the quality of electric axle components for electromobility.
• Collaborating in interdisciplinary teams in the development and production of the latest generation of electric axles in the global production network.
• Monitoring quality standards in the automotive industry.
• Launching and serial production with systematic risk management.
• Managing warranty claims.
• Organizing and moderating internal and external visits.

Requirements:
• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualifications.
• Knowledge of assembly procedures for electric machines (electric motors and/or eAxes) and at least 2 years of experience in quality management (not mandatory, but preferred).
• Knowledge of analytics, statistics, and quality methods (FMEA, PLP, VQP, process and project maturity assessment).
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team, precision, independence.
• Very good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge and use of MS Office tools.
