Job description: 

• Supervising construction works and ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Providing comments on the Supplier’s Technological Regulations (TP) and Change Orders.
• Conducting regular quality and quantity checks of construction work.
• Collaborating on resolving defects and unfinished works during the approval and acceptance process.
• Inspecting and verifying documentation for approvals, including tests, revisions, and conformity protocols.
• Reviewing and commenting on samples submitted during the sample approval process.
• Providing technical insights during tenders in the customer’s selection process.

Requirements: 

• A strong technical understanding of building construction and development, ideally with relevant certifications.
• Practical experience in construction, particularly in commercial projects (administrative buildings, hotels, shopping centers) and industrial/logistics centers or historic renovations.
• Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) and proficiency in English (active use required).
• A systematic, precise, and results-driven approach.
• Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A valid driver’s license (category B).
