Job description: 

• Supervising construction works and ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Providing comments on the Supplier’s Technological Regulations (TP) and Change Orders.
• Conducting regular quality and quantity checks of construction work.
• Collaborating on resolving defects and unfinished works during the approval and acceptance process.
• Inspecting and verifying documentation for approvals, including tests, revisions, and conformity protocols.
• Reviewing and commenting on samples submitted during the sample approval process.
• Providing technical insights during tenders in the customer’s selection process.

Requirements: 

• Extensive knowledge of building construction and electrical systems, ideally supported by relevant certifications.
• Significant experience in commercial construction, including administrative buildings, hotels, industrial facilities, and historic renovations (non-residential projects).
• Strong fluency in Czech (spoken and written) and English (active use required).
• A systematic, accurate, and results-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills to effectively manage projects and teams.
• A valid driver’s license (category B).
