Reporting misconduct – speak up and get help
Reports of irregularities in breach of applicable regulations or internal rules and policies of Adecco are an important source of information for Adecco to ensure legitimate and independent action and to meet standards of integrity and compliance in employee conduct. Concrete notices on the conduct of employees form the basis for carrying out internal investigation procedures, for possible sanctioning and for the planning of measures to prevent adverse conduct of Adecco’s employees. Adecco shall handle the notifications received in accordance with the internal Rules on the procedures for investigating irregularities and protecting applicants.

Disclosure of information on the identity of the notifier
The person authorised to receive the report on suspected misconduct may, in the internal investigation procedure, disclose the identity of the person who forwarded the application, only to authorised persons directly involved in the investigation procedure, if this is necessary for the conduct of the investigation and the finding of infringements.
The identity of the applicant may not be disclosed to the employee against whom the application is made without the consent of the applicant, unless disclosure of the identity under the law is necessary for the conduct of labour law proceedings against the employee (in order to protect the rights of the employee in these proceedings).

Adecco will take measures to correct irregularities on the basis of the infringements found and will take action against an employee who has violated applicable regulations or internal acts, according to employment law.
Information about employee misconduct in the context of an employment relationship is personal data that we are obliged to protect as confidential information and should not be disclosed to the applicant.
What should I do if I experience retaliation after reporting the breach?
If you experience retaliation after reporting the breach against the employee, please inform Adecco to offer additional assistance.
If you have submitted the notification of the infringement anonymously, Adecco will unfortunately not be able to take action in the event of retaliation. In this case, we recommend that you also provide your personal data when you complete your application.
